NFA and NIBA announce joint webinar: Supervision in a Hybrid Environment

On Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. CT/4:30 p.m. ET, NFA and the NIBA will hold a webinar discussing NFA supervision requirements as they pertain to hybrid and remote work environments. During the webinar, representatives from NFA and the NIBA will discuss, among other things:
  • Oversight of remote APs and employees;
  • Supervision of broker communications, order handling and trading activities;
  • Technology and information security; and
  • Recordkeeping.
Representatives will also respond to questions submitted by attendees. There is no charge to attend the webinar; however, registration is required. An archived version of the webinar and a transcript will be available on NFA's website following the live presentation.
