Membership
NIBA membership is subject to approval. Members must maintain good standing in the derivatives industry and comply with all applicable regulations. NIBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion.
Member Directory
The NIBA member directory is provided exclusively for member-to-member networking. Use of directory information for solicitation, spam, or any commercial purpose outside of legitimate member networking is strictly prohibited.
Service Provider Listings
Service provider listings are paid annual subscriptions. NIBA reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information. Listing fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the NIBA website, including text, graphics, logos, and the NIBA Toolbox materials, is the property of NIBA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
NIBA provides information and resources for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice. NIBA shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
