The U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry this morning voted overwhelmingly to confirm the nomination of J. Christopher Giancarlo as Chairman for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He has served as Acting Chairman since January.
